Address : 10 Barbara Avenue Glen Waverley.

Comments : The Stein House with its butterfly roofed profile, white painted brickwork and rational rectangular plan consciously references Harry Seidler's contemporary Sydney work which Borland greatly admired. However with the decorative buttresses, oreange glass insert and informal detailing impart a warmth to the house utterly at odds with the work of the Sydney architect.
